Course Description

Emotional intelligence is a key aspect of effective leadership. As part of the leadership endeavor microcredential, this course will benefit professionals who aspire to leadership roles, or who find themselves in a new leadership role. This course is ideal for anyone interested in developing and strengthening their emotional intelligence skills and empathetic practice in an array of settings. This course will focus on the domains of emotional intelligence, trust building, and advanced communication skill building.
