Course Description

Leadership has traditionally been defined by positions of power that grant authority to drive others toward defined outcomes. Today, the capacity to lead has become a vital life skill everyone needs to develop to navigate complexity, uncertainty, and rapid change with creativity, resilience, and confidence. Not confined to roles, such leadership is defined by our capacity to access and apply our inner power, authority, and sense of purpose to guide ourselves and inspire others with courage, clarity, and conviction. As we embody such leadership as a way of being, we empower transformation across all aspects of our lives—at work, at home, and in the world. 

In this course, students will gain tools and insights to guide their personal leadership development. The class is based on self-paced readings, reflective writing, and experiential exercises, complemented by live class discussions and individual coaching with the instructor.
